Pros
The Dialog NAV team have excellent consultants with extensive product knowledge. They took the time to listen and understand our business process which allowed them to map the business processes to the NAV functionality.
Cons
Nothing, Dialog is an excellent company to deal with.
Additional Comments
The professionalism of Dialog carries through from the Sales team to the Support team. They are efficient and very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them to any perspective company that are looking to implement an ERP solution.
